This great dish is made with USA high-quality peanuts and is a perfect dinner for two. You’ll love the peanutty sizzle!
Ingredients:
| ¾ cup |
U.S. Peanuts |
|
| 2 |
poblano hot peppers, roasted, peeled and without veins |
|
| ¼ |
onion |
|
| 1 |
garlic clove |
|
| 1 cup |
milk |
|
| 1 cup |
cream |
|
| |
cooking oil |
|
| 16 |
small and thin tortillas |
|
| 1 |
chicken breast, cooked and minced |
|
| 1 cup |
grated fresh cheese |
|
Directions:
Blend peanuts with the hot peppers, onion, garlic and cream until you
get a sauce, as smooth as possible; pour into a heavy pot where you had
previously warmed up a tablespoon of oil; cook at low heat until the
sauce boils. If the sauce is very thick, add milk slowly until its
consistency is lighter.
Quickly fry the tortillas in oil to prevent them from hardening; soak
each of the tortillas in the sauce and fill with minced chicken, place
in individual dishes and soak them with more hot sauce when serving.
Garnish with grated cheese.
