A classic childhood sandwich with a twist. Peanut Butter and Banana Open-faced Sandwiches make a nutritious breakfast, or tasty afternoon snack. With only three ingredients, this sandwich is perfect for those on the go.


Ingredients:

1 tbsp  smooth peanut butter 15 mL
thick slice of crusty white bread (substitute any bread of your choice)  1
1 small banana  1
                                               
Directions:

Spread peanut butter on slice of bread.

Peel and slice banana; place on top of peanut butter.
