This tasty bread can be enjoyed any time of day. It is the perfect breakfast with a warm cup of tea or a tasty afternoon delight.
Ingredients:

chunky peanut butter |

grated carrots |

vanilla |

nutmeg |

powdered cinnamon |

ground ginger |

baking soda |

baking powder |

| 1 ¾ cups |
flour |

| ½ cup |
milk |

Directions:
Preheat oven to 180 °C. Cover a rectangular pan with waxed paper.
Whisk sugar, peanut butter, oil and eggs until creamy, add carrots and vanilla.
In a bowl, combine spices, baking soda, nutmeg, baking powder, and
flour. Add flour mixture alternately with milk to the mixture, pour
into pan. Bake for 1 hour or until an inserted toothpick comes out
clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely.
