This will be your new favourite indulgence. Perfectly peanutty, this mousse is smooth and rich in flavour – you’ll want it after every single meal!
Ingredients:
| 190 g |
cream cheese |

| 1½ cup |
peanut butter |
|
| 3 tbsp |
condensed milk |
|
| ½ cup |
confectioner’s sugar |
|
| 125 g |
cream |
|
| 1 tbsp |
vanilla |
|
| ½ cup |
U.S. peanuts, peeled and chopped |

Directions:
In a food processor, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, condensed milk
and confectioner’s sugar until well mixed, pour into a bowl.
Whisk the cream until it holds soft peaks, add vanilla. Fold the cream
into the peanut mix, put in a pastry decorating bag and serve in bowls;
garnish with chopped peanuts.
