Studies confirm the health benefits of peanuts. Regular consumption of nuts, including peanuts, may help reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.1, 2 Recent research from the University of Toronto shows that peanuts and other nuts may also play an important role in the dietary management of Type 2 diabetes by promoting glycemic control.3
