Whether you need a quick breakfast or a tasty recovery drink, this peanut butter smoothie is sure to satisfy your tastebuds!


Ingredients:

1 cup (250 mL) cold milk

1 ripe banana

2 tbsp (30 mL) creamy peanut butter


Directions:

In a blender, combine ingredients and process until smooth. Serve in your favourite cup and enjoy!
