Make it a fun-filled dinner night with these delicious fajitas. You can have a family affair, or invite friends for the perfect shared meal with a fun twist.
1 tbsp (15 mL) peanut oil
750 g (1.5 lb) beef filet, cut in strips
2 tbsp (30 mL) Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp (30 mL) seasoning juice
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
½ cup (125 mL) peanuts, whole or coarsely chopped
¼ cup (60 mL) balsamic vinegar
4 tbsp (60 mL) olive oil
salt and pepper
Season the meat with seasoning juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic and peanut oil. Heat a frying pan and fry the meat until done. Season mixed greens with vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
When the meat is ready, serve on mixed greens, and sprinkle peanuts on top.
